Hi-Lo Scaffolding Swing Stage Hoist
We offer three different Hi-Lo scaffolding hoists including the D 800, FD-24, and FD-18. These machines are rated for 1,000 lb working load and opperate on 110 volt. The several different motors allow them to be adapted to different conventional stage widths to fit your needs. They power the stage at a comfortable and smooth 22 feet per second. Our motors are serviced in house after each use to ensure a safe and reliable motor each time.
800 Powered Hoist
The D800 hoist is renowned for its ease of use, serviceability, and low maintenance cost. The D800 hoist design maintains a high center of gravity, which enhances the stability of any attached swing stage. The D800 hoist is designed to work with a large variety of straight boards up to 28 inches in width.
Power requirements: 110 volt standard. 220 volt and air are also available.

FD-24 Powered Hoist
The FD-24 hoist is renowned for its ease of use, serviceability, and low maintenance cost.
The FD-24 hoist is designed to work with Hi-Lo Climber modular platforms as well as most straight boards. The FD-24 hoist design maintains a high center of gravity, which enhances the stability of any powered swing stage.

The FD-24 hoist is designed to work with a large variety of straight boards (platforms) up to 28 inches in width utilizing the included bottom plate assembly.
The FD-24 will conveniently fold down onto the straight board for transporting

FD-18 Powered Hoist
The FD-18 hoist is a narrow version of the FD-24 hoist. The 18″ width allows this until to pass through small openings typically found on power plant boiler access doors.
The FD-18 hoist is designed to work with the Hi-Lo Climber modular platforms as well as most straight boards. The FD-18 hoist design maintains a high center of gravity, which enhances the stability of any attached swing stage
